Cultivating Inner Peace
This in person course takes place in Whangeri, Auckland and KohuKohu. Please cite location preference when booking. Day 1: Discovering Inner Peace Morning Session: Introduction to Inner Peace: Understanding the concept of inner peace (shanti kriya) and its significance in our lives. Guided Meditation: Cultivating inner stillness and tranquility through guided meditation practices. Breathwork for Calmness: Learning breathing techniques (pranayama) to calm the mind and promote relaxation. Afternoon Session: Yoga for Serenity: Gentle yoga postures (asanas) to release tension and create a sense of peace in the body. Mindfulness Practices: Incorporating mindfulness techniques into daily life to enhance present-moment awareness. Reflection and Sharing: Reflecting on the day's practices and sharing insights and experiences with the group. Day 2: Nurturing Inner Harmony Morning Session: Gratitude Meditation: Fostering a sense of gratitude and appreciation for the present moment. Visualization for Peace: Utilizing visualization techniques to envision a peaceful and harmonious future. Afternoon Session: Integration and Closing Ceremony: Reflecting on the learnings and experiences of the program, setting intentions for continued inner peace, and closing with a collective meditation. Additional Components: Daily Practice Guide: Receive a guide with suggested daily practices to continue cultivating inner peace beyond the program.
